Opt+ provides valuable services via email, SMS text messaging, phone, and automated voice messages. These services may include promotions, discounts and coupons, and valuable financial resources. While we present these services on a limited basis, if at any time you wish to unsubscribe from email or SMS/text messaging, you may do so by following the instructions below.
By opting in to receive SMS text messages, you authorize Opt+ to deliver sales and marketing text messages to your mobile telephone number. Your cellular provider's message and data rates may apply to our SMS messages.
Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your name, address, cell phone number, your provider's name, the date and time, and content of your messages. We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. SMS message services are provided on an "as is" basis.
You may opt-out and remove your phone number from additional messages by sending "STOP" to the SMS text message you have received. You will receive a STOP confirmation reply as a requirement of the Mobile Marketing Association.
